Auxiliary’s “Sweet Memories” quilt ready to be raffled

Auxiliary quiltThe Greene County Medical Center auxiliary has selected “Sweet Memories” this year for its annual quilt raffle. Hand-pieced in reds, pinks and greens, “Sweet Memories” was embroidered by Joyce Raver, hand-quilted by Heartfelt Quilters of Scranton and bound by Joyce Clark. It measures approximately 90 x 90 inches.

Pictured with the quilt are auxiliary members (from left) Judy Larson, Joyce Clark and Elaine Deluhery.

The quilt will be on display near the Gift Garden at the medical center. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5 and can be purchased from the Gift Garden or from any Auxiliary member.

The drawing will be held at the Table Talk event on Oct. 18, and tickets may be purchased up until that date. All proceeds will go towards purchasing equipment for the medical center.
